Serj is one hell of a musician, probably one of the best out there. His net worth is 18 million despite his record of being with System and solo work. He released "Elect The Dead" in 2007, "Elect The Dead Symphony" in 2009 with the Auckland Philaharmonic Orchestra and Imperfect Harmonies in 2010. He has a residence in New Zealand and Los Angeles. He spent 2011 on a reunion tour with System.

He got married in 2009 to Angela Madjian. A follow-up to "Imperfect Harmonies" is bound for 2012.
